Onboarding and commitment
Onboarding
$750–$1,500, one time
A one-time fee to bring your association's documents and records into HOAPrepared. The amount depends on how much there is to bring in.
Annual agreement, billed monthly
HOAPrepared is an annual agreement, billed month by month, and it renews each year. You can cancel at the end of your current term with 30 days' notice. When you leave, you get a full export of your association's documents and records within 10 business days, at no charge.
Add-ons
Some boards need more than the monthly plan. These are priced separately, and every price is on this page.
Mail sent with proof of delivery
Prepared, sent and archived with proof.
- First-class mail — $2.50 per piece

Annual meeting package
Notices, ballots, proxies and quorum tracking for your annual meeting. Included in Premium.

Leaving is simple.
If you leave, you take everything with you. Cancel at the end of your current term with 30 days' notice. Within 10 business days of your departure, you get a full export of your association's documents and records, at no charge. Your history belongs to your association, not to us.
